ForGuest services can be bought on dedicated ForGuest portals, from resellers, WEB agencies and Webmasters at national and international level.
At the moment the ForGuest Applications are translated into two languages (Italian and English) and allow content management up to 10 different languages. In any case the services are in continuous linguistic and geographical expansion.
ForGuest has a well organized support system, where you will always have an answer to your requests in a short time and if you are in Italy an Italian operator will answer your request since this is important. It is equally important for us to track all requests so that we can carry out continuous checks in order to optimize the service. Depending on the product you have activated, you will also find online guides and explanatory videos, because it is important for us that you can use your service to the fullest.
ForGuest matches each product offering the right service with a fair margin. If you buy a ForGuest service that costs €60 it is because the way in which the service is structured, along with its activation, functioning and corresponding level of automated support, means that the price is a fair representation of the services offered.
A service must be simple, effective, easy to use and properly supported.
For each platform or service activated ForGuest issues a regular invoice, which for business owners can be clearly considered as a cost in standard accounting systems that allow for the deducting of company costs.
ForGuest is based in Italy and more precisely in Sardinia, an island ideally suited to talking about tourism and a perfect place for offering Cloud services, which are not affected by its insularity (which is also one of its most fascinating aspects), since the point about Cloud services is that it is as if we were just around the corner from you, wherever you are connected to the network.
Almost all the software works within the most common browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera while the applications work in both Android and IOS environments.
Guest
With the web App and ForGuest App, as a tourist all the everyday vacation activities are simplified, from dynamically transmitting the data of your Check-in crew from the app, without having to fill them in manually for each operator you stay with, to having all the local services available immediately available, and possibly bookable even before arriving at the place where you will be staying, such as transfers from the airport to an excursion, additional room service and much more. You will be able to chat directly with your Host, view the main events in your area and various other features. All this for free as a Tourist.
Yes, we are Italian, and proud of it, but we are dealing with a global market and as such we believe that while it is important to use the Italian word “ospite” when talking with friends, it will help our clients to understand that other terms are more useful in giving greater simplicity of communication. Considering that the Guest is the focal point around which we have created the whole service and to which we address different geographical areas, we like to use a single term to indicate the Guest, something which is immediately understandable to the greatest number of people and which guarantees simplicity of communication.
That’s why we use the English translation Guest. ... but with us you are free to describe them as “Ospite” - whatever the name, they are always appreciated.
Host
For Hosts, the ForGuest system offers a whole series of tools to optimize your work, ranging from small to large Cloud management systems for your properties to the ForGuest Host App that allows you to create a local network with your entire tourism supply chain of services and products that make your area quickly and effectively accessible to guests with a single click. You can also dynamically receive guest check-in data, the Guest service, your ISTAT service, generate added value with your local services, publish and promote events and stay in touch with your customers.
In the ForGuest PMS series applications. using the Channel Manager module it is possible to connect to over 50 of the main market channels with dynamic updates and automatic download of reservations and change prices with just a click. It couldn’t be easier.
The ForGuest PMS is already integrated with the ForGuest Host App, but if you have your own management system and your supplier wants to dynamically transmit your reservations to the ForGuest Host App and download the personal data from the check-ins, there are APIs available that make integration possible with just a few calls.
Provider
In our nomenclature you are a Provider, you can participate in the Network of one or more Hosts and in this way promote your services and make your services usable in the area. You can also receive your customers' bookings directly via the App, and improve your way of providing information and interacting.
